Plenty of gesneriads being propagated from seed and cuttings (episcias, gloxinias and African violets among them) and other tropicals flourishing under lights and in a sunny window. My "Rebecca" pitcher plant is setting out new traps for unwary insects.
this was lovely! I always wanted a greenhouse in winter. every building needs its own greenhouse, and roof garden.

Love this! I was in Helsinki last year (in October, so way more rainy than snowy) — I'll need to go back to check out this botanical garden.
Oh, so cool! We didn't know too much about it but now we're excited to get back there and see what it looks like during the summer!
